Petronella Sekeres, APRN joined Rehabilitation and Electrodiagnostics in September 2020.
She graduated from the University of South Florida in 2019 with her Master of Science in Nursing specializing in Family Health Nursing. During her graduate course she completed internships in family medicine, obstetrics & gynecology, women’s health, emergency medicine, and pediatric allergy and immunology. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
In 2013, she received her Associate Degree in Nursing and in 2015, she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing through St Petersburg College. She has nursing experience in emergency medicine, orthopedics, and neurology.
She currently works primarily with Dr. Nunez at Kindred Bay Area St. Petersburg’s Acute Rehabilitation Unit.
She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

She earned her Master of Science in Nursing with specialization in adult Gerotology from South University Tampa in 2018. She spent one year working in Internal Medicine and two years in Interventional Cardiology.

Camille A. Taylor, APRN is a certified Nurse Practitioner who joined Rehabilitation and Electrodiagnostics in January 2022.
She earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Family Nurse Practitioner’s degree from South University Tampa in 2018 and completed internship in GYN, Cancer Care Specialties, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, and long-term care. Camille’s primary nursing degree was awarded at the University of Technology, College of Health Sciences, Jamaica in 2011.
She has 11 years of nursing experience combined, with experience in acute and long-term rehabilitation and medical-surgical specialties. Camille currently works in conjunction with Dr. Kadir Carruthers to provide primary oversight at Encompass Health and Rehabilitation Hospital of North Tampa. Camille is an active member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the Florida Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Camille’s commitment to empathetic and culturally competent care, coupled with an exceptional aptitude to deliver positive patient outcomes, while simultaneously building productive relationships, have highlighted her profession as a Nurse Practitioner.

She earned her Master of Science in Nursing specializing in Family Medicine from The University of South Florida in 2017. She completed internships in Cardiology, Managed Care, and Family Wellness Clinic. Prior to this she obtained her Baccalaureates degree in Nursing from The University of South Florida in 2012 and her Associate in Nursing from HCC in 2009.
As a Registered Nurse she specialized in Intensive Care and has 10 years’ experience in Trauma, Neuro, Burn, and Cardiac ICU. She was also a practicing Nurse Educator for the Cardiac ICU at Tampa General Hospital.
She has 5 years’ experience as a Cardiac Nurse Practitioner.
Melinda works in conjunction with Dr Rigoberto Nunez to provide primary oversight at HCA Brandon Hospital’s Rehabilitation Center. She is an active member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and The Tampa Bay Advanced Practice Nurses Council. Her focus on patient centered care and evidence based practice is the driving force behind her dedication to the medical community.

Mackenzie is a board-certified nurse practitioner who joined Rehabilitation and Electrodiagnostics in June 2023. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing with specialization in Adult-Gerontology degree from the University of South Florida in 2021 and has completed internships in urgent care, primary care, gastroenterology, long-term care, and pulmonology.
She has 5 years of nursing experience in an inpatient hospital setting, with a strong background in geriatrics and cardiology. Mackenzie currently works in conjunction with Dr. Rigoberto Nunez to provide primary oversight at the Tampa General Hospital’s Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Program.

Gwendolyn Langi, APRN joined Rehabilitation and Electrodiagnostics in October 2024. As a Nurse Practitioner, she provides evidence-based care across multiple hospitals in the community. She has eight years of experience in the medical field with over four years’ experience in inpatient rehabilitation as a nurse.
She earned her Master of Science in Nursing in 2023 from the University of South Alabama, specializing in Family care. She is board-certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is an active member of Sigma Theta Tau international honors society of nurses.

She earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Family Nurse Practitioner’s degree from South University Tampa in 2022 and completed internship in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, GYN, Cancer Care Specialties, and long-term care. Nadine’s primary nursing degree was awarded at Broward College, Miami in 2010.
She has 13 years of nursing experience combined, with experience in acute and long-term rehabilitation and medical-surgical specialties. She is also a practicing Team Leader for the Acute Rehab Unit at Advent Health Tampa Hospital with certifications in both Med-Surg and Rehab. Nadine is an active member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the Florida Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Nadine’s dedication to providing compassionate and culturally sensitive care, together with her excellent ability to produce favorable patient outcomes while also fostering worthwhile connections, have emphasized her work as a Nurse Practitioner.

Rachel Quinn, APRN is a board-certified nurse practitioner who joined Rehabilitation and Electrodiagnostics in May 2024.
She earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Adult-Gerontology from the University of South Florida in 2023 and obtained board-certification through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. During her program, she gained clinical experience in internal medicine, advanced heart failure cardiology, and infectious disease.
Previously, she had been a bedside RN for 6 years, having worked at AdventHealth Tampa and Tampa General Hospital on medical-surgical, neurologic progressive care, and adult ICU step-down units.
Rachel works in conjunction with Dr. Bassem Hanalla at TGH’s Rehabilitation Hospital.

Kate is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP-BC) with over 15 years of experience.
Mary-Kathryn Berry, ARPN
Kate is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP-BC) with over 15 years of experience across ICU, trauma, acute rehabilitation, LTACH, and medical-surgical settings, including 10 years in acute rehabilitation. Her rehabilitation experience includes Encompass Rehabilitation, Bayfront Rehabilitation, and helping open the Kindred St. Petersburg Acute Rehabilitation Unit.
She works alongside Dr. Benjamin Cooper, Medical Director of Rehabilitation Services at HCA Florida Blake Hospital in Bradenton, FL and previously collaborated with Dr. Nuñez at Kindred Acute Rehabilitation.
Kate began her career as an LPN, where she received a faculty award for clinical excellence at Southern Union State Community College in Opelika, Alabama, recognizing her strengths in compassion, caring, and patient advocacy. She went on to earn her ADN from SUSCC and her BSN, MSN in Leadership and Administration, and post-master’s AGACNP from the University of Texas at Arlington.
She combines advanced clinical expertise with leadership training and operational knowledge to manage complex patients while supporting efficient, high-quality care delivery. She is passionate about physical rehabilitation medicine, interdisciplinary collaboration, and patient advocacy.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, outdoor activities, and staying active, including walking her dog.

Biji Thomas, APRN is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner who joined Rehabilitation and Electrodiagnostics in April 2024.
Biji earned her Nurse Practitioner Degree from The University of South Florida in 2022 specializing in Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner with Occupational Health Nursing subspecialty. She completed her internships in Primary care, Urgent care, Infectious disease, Occupational Health, and Transitional care specialties. She has experience as a Pain Management Nurse Practitioner.
She has more than 20 years of nursing experience in hospital settings combined, with experience in Neonatology, Pediatrics, Cardiology, Spinal Cord injury, and Physical medicine and rehabilitation. She has certifications in Rehabilitation Nursing and Occupational Hearing Conservation.
Biji is an active member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the Florida Association of Nurse Practitioners, and the Indian Nurses Association of Central Florida. She currently works in conjunction with Dr. Bassem Hanalla and Dr. Kadir Carruthers in the Tampa office.

She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Florida in 2024, building on five years as a registered nurse providing post-operative and oncology care on an inpatient progressive care unit. Prior to this she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Toccoa Falls College in 2020. Guided by a passion for patient-centered care, Summer integrates evidence based practice with compassionate communication to support each patient’s unique needs and goals. She is committed to delivering high-quality, collaborative care that fosters trust, empowers patients and improves outcomes.

Lynn Jean-Baptiste, APRN
Lynn is a board-certified nurse practitioner who joined Rehabilitation and Electrodiagnostics (R&E) in April 2026. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from South University in 2025 and completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at South University in 2019, after receiving her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Florida in 2015.
She has over 6 years of nursing experience in an inpatient hospital setting, with a strong background in oncology and medical-surgical care. During her time at Moffitt Cancer Center, she specialized in caring for cancer patients, administering chemotherapy, managing complex symptoms, and providing compassionate, patient-centered support. She also served as a charge nurse, overseeing unit operations and ensuring high standards of patient care, and as a preceptor, mentoring new nurses and students in clinical practice.
Lynn Jean-Baptiste currently works alongside the R&E team where she provides care in the Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation setting as well as in the outpatient setting. She is dedicated to delivering comprehensive, culturally competent care and building strong patient-provider relationships.
