All of our physicians are board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with an active clinical practice. Additionally, they have extensive experience as expert medical witnesses in both pediatric and adult cases for plaintiff / defense counsels in both state and federal courts. Our physicians have years of experience working in conjunction with Life Care Planners in determining future needs for the development of Life Care Plans. We travel all over the United States as well as internationally to assist and consult with their cases.

Paul Kornberg, MD

Dr. Kornberg has been a key member of Rehabilitation and Electrodiagnostics since 2002 and currently serves on the Board of Directors. Board-certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and as a Disability Analyst, he brings extensive clinical expertise with a focus on pediatric rehabilitation, holding leadership roles at both St. Joseph’s Hospital and Tampa General Hospital.
In addition to his clinical and academic accomplishments, Dr. Kornberg has over fifteen years of experience working in the medicolegal field. He has provided testimony as both a treating physician and expert witness for plaintiff and defense cases at the local, state, and federal levels. His experience spans a wide range of jurisdictions, including Florida and multiple other states such as Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Virginia, Pennsylvania, New York, Texas, and beyond.
Dr. Kornberg has worked closely with life care planners and has extensive experience evaluating both adult and pediatric catastrophic injuries in legal settings. His background in clinical care, academic medicine and legal analysis allows him to deliver comprehensive, well-supported medical opinions that are highly valued in complex cases.
