A proud third-generation Tampa native and Plant High School graduate, Vickie earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of South Florida With over 35 years of healthcare management experience, Vickie has led teams in private practices, multi-specialty groups, hospitals, and psychiatric facilities. She’s passionate about creating an environment where patients feel cared for and staff feel valued.
When she’s not managing the office, you’ll find her spending time with her husband, two children, new granddaughter, and her adorable puppy, Milo

Taislen “Tai” Montalban to our leadership team! With over 10 years of business and operations management experience and 8 years in healthcare, Tai brings a unique blend of strategic leadership, operational excellence, and a passion for enhancing patient experiences.
Throughout her career, Tai has led multi-disciplinary teams, optimized workflows, and implemented process improvements to drive results while keeping a people-first approach. Her focus on efficiency and patient-centered care aligns perfectly with R&E’s mission to reimagine the recovery journey.
Relocated from Michigan now thriving in Tampa, Tai’s energy, dedication, and forward-thinking vision are already making a significant impact behind the scenes. Outside of work, she enjoys dancing, singing, traveling, and spending quality time with her son and husband.
