A Tampa Native Returning Home
Born and raised in South Tampa, Dr. Graziano has strong ties to the Tampa Bay community.
She completed her undergraduate education at Florida State University and graduate training at the University of South Florida before earning her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. Graziano completed her internship training at Blake Medical Center before relocating to New York to complete her residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at New York University.
Following residency, she completed an interventional spine fellowship at Cleveland Clinic, where she subsequently worked as an attending physician.
Dr. Graziano has now returned home to Tampa, where she continues her practice in interventional spine medicine with Rehabilitation and Electrodiagnostics.
A Tampa native, Dr. Graziano combines advanced training in physical medicine and rehabilitation with fellowship training in interventional spine care. Her approach focuses on identifying the source of a patient's symptoms and developing an individualized treatment plan designed to reduce pain, restore function, and improve quality of life.

Dr. Graziano evaluates patients experiencing spine, musculoskeletal, and nerve-related conditions that can interfere with everyday movement and quality of life.

Her goal is to help determine the underlying cause of the problem and develop an appropriate treatment strategy based on each patient's diagnosis, needs, and functional goals.
